    The Question
    I'll never forget the day my father asked me "The Question", son what do you want to do with your life? Being age 18 I had no idea. All I knew was when you became an adult you were suppose to get a job. So with my 18 years of wisdom, I responded to my father in the manner I thought he wanted me to. I guess I want to get a job at the plant like you. My father's response wasn't what I expected. In a solemn almost dejected voice he said, "son you can do anything you want with your life, dont waste

    I think Dr. MLK said it best when he stated, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands in times of conflict and controversy." When life goes unchallenged, it's easy to have a positive attitude and approach. When we operate out of comfort, our beliefs, values and commitment go untested and so too does our potential.
